If you are interested in joining us, then please email and tell me your name, your dogs name age and breed, and any agility or dog training classes you have already attended. Please also note, that all dogs must not be reactive to other dogs or people and have some basic training and a good recall before they can attend classes. Private sessions are available for any reactive dogs Agility, is a fabulous journey you can take with your dogs. Learning agility takes time for both you and your dog, but it creates a bond between you, that no other sport can recreate. You will learn how to be the best handler for your dog and your dog will learn to use the equipment safely and confidently. Using both European and traditional handling systems, you will learn the best way to handle your dog over different courses. All students in the classes are actively encouraged to compete once they and their dog are ready, but equally you can just do this for fun ( I will warn you, agility is addictive and you will probably want to compete at some point, end up with multiple dogs, buy a caravan, and spend every weekend in a muddy field somewhere, plan your life around agility shows and spend all your money on agility lol) Classes are run on Tuesdays 6-9pm, Thursdays 5-8pm, Sundays 10am-2pm and Wednesdays in the summer 6-8pm at Pawz Let Loose, Cliff Farm, Pinxton NG16 6HY Also 121 classes available on request. Classes suitable for all abilities from absolute beginners to competing dogs and handlers. Only positive and force free training methods are used and each class is tailored to you and your dogs ability. Your trainer will be Tracy, who has competed and trained in agility for over 15 years competing at grade 7. I currently attend monthly sessions with some of the countries best handlers such as Dan Shaw, Stuart Doughty, Toni Dawkins, Martin Reid, Narrah Cuddy and many more, ensuring my knowledge is fresh and up to date. Fun and friendly classes with lovely people and their dogs. Indoor facilities are available should the English weather be troublesome.
